You'll wake up each morning to spectacular, long-range views of the mountains and valley at this inviting Sugar Mountain condo, beautifully positioned on the sixth floor of Sugar Top. On the grounds of the resort, you'll have access to a heated indoor pool, two large hot tubs, dry and wet saunas, a fitness center, a restaurant, a grilling area, and laundry facilities. It's a wonderful spot to return to after a day spent at Sugar Ski & Country Club (less than half a mile), Sugar Mountain Public Golf Course (three miles), or Grandfather Mountain State Park (nine miles).

One of the best seats in the condo is outside on the balcony, where you can linger with your morning coffee, sip a glass of wine in the evenings, and gaze out over the mountain landscape. Yet the condo is every bit as lovely in the peak of winter, when you can trade a seat on the balcony for one by the fireplace - enjoying movies on the sofas, playing cards at the coffee table, and watching the snow fall through large windows.

During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.
