Reserva incumplida, falta de respeto y cero consid

Teníamos una reserva confirmada, pero al llegar, el encargado nos informó que no había agua y que no podía recibirnos. Sin embargo, esto resultó ser falso, ya que descubrimos que había duplicado la reserva y la habitación ya estaba ocupada. Esta situación fue una total falta de respeto. Nos vimos obligados, en pleno feriado y con la alta ocupación en Baños, a buscar alojamiento de última hora, lo cual fue extremadamente complicado. Es inaceptable este nivel de irresponsabilidad y falta de consideración. Les recomiendo tener mucho cuidado si planean reservar con este lugar. HOTELS, este establecimiento no debería estar entre sus opciones. Procederé a escalar esta queja para evitar que otros pasen por una experiencia tan desagradable.
