Nellie's Farmhouse is a spacious detached farmhouse 4 miles from the village of Durrus and 6 miles from Bantry in County Cork. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area which includes a lovely farmhouse-style kitchen and dining area, as well as a sitting area with a cosy woodburning stove. Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms consisting of one small double, one single and an adult bunks room, as well as a family bathroom which is in addition to the ground floor shower room. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed lawned garden. Nellie's Farmhouse is the perfect base for your Irish cottage getaway. Please note, electricity and fuel are charged by meter reading at this property.

Great host and wonderful location
Nellie's farmhouse is a delightful home. Very roomy and well thought out flooplan. The farmhouse overlooks rolling fields on one side and Bantry Bay on the other. The home is outfitted with all the things anyone would need for an enjoyable stay and less than 5 minutes from the small village of Durrus. The host, Anna, is very friendly and responsive to any questions or needs.

Cottage ancien mais bien rénové et très confortable, bien situé entre deux magnifiques péninsules
Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette jolie ferme située sur une petite colline avec vue sur mer et sur les moutons. L'intérieur est très bien rénové, très bien chauffé ( notre séjour s'est déroulé fin février), très bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons apprécié l'excellente situation, les balades sur ces deux magnifiques péninsules sont infinies et Bantry, Schull, Ballydehob sont des localités agréables, animées même en hiver. Nous tenons surtout à remercier notre hôtesse Ana pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son efficacité.
