Just Book It

Wonderful stay at the Main Street Motel! Clean, welcoming location that’s close to everything. Just a 10-min drive to Acadia. And Bar Harbor has many options for shopping and eating.

Cute, quaint motel that offered just what we were looking for during our Bar Harbor/Acadia Park get away. The decor and cleanliness of the motel was top notch! The grab and go goodies, fresh coffee and flavored water was perfect throughout the day. The location of the motel was ideal and within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. Acadia Park was easily accessible. We would highly recommend this motel for anyone traveling to the area!

We liked everything about the property. Location, quality, clean, walkable. The one thing I can complain about was our first experience while checking in.... We have never been to Bar Harbor and with this being a true tourist town, I asked the woman on our arrival...'what do I need to see, need to know or do in town'. She had not ONE idea, location or thing to do in town. This was not a foreigner but a local person. She had not one thing to share with me. Being there for two nights...I could now be a tour guide! How can a front desk person that does this for a job in a tourist town not have any ideas to share. She made me feel silly for asking.

Loved this great motel! Close to everything in Bar Harbor, plenty of parking around the motel, coffee available every morning, and everything was very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Bar Harbor.

It was humid and musty in the rooms. I don’t believe their systems can deal with the outside humidity there. Otherwise nice staff and location. Free water, coffee, snacks in the lobby are a plus

First time at Bar harbor

Young lady in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Office has a waterbottle filler. Coffee water and snacks all the time. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our only complaint was that the room felt wet. No fan in the bathroom and even with an AC unit, it felt humid in there all the time. Not sure we would stay again.
