It's a beautiful property and has an amazing view of the ocean, the only downside was the pool and no AC in the main part of the house, only in the bed rooms. The pool when we arrived was being filled up and was not ready untill very late and was never completely full. Also when you fill it up the day we arrive that means the water is very cold and not as enjoyable to swim. The drive way is very rugged so I would suggest an SUV..
