The air-conditioned living room-kitchen area of 45m2 is equipped with a sofa with LED TV and canalsat, the kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room.

Sehr gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit toller Sicht auf die Berge

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben das Haus und den Außenbereich mit dem Pool sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Es gäbe vielleicht noch eine Kleinigkeit zu verbessern: Auflagen auf den Sonnenliegen wären noch etwas gemütlicher gewesen. Ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus, aber leider mit Schwächen

Eigentlich ein tolles Haus, aber getreu dem Klischee französischer (Nach-) Lässigkeit. Tolle Küche. Französische Betten, d.h. Queensize und nicht Kingsize. Wir waren zu zweit, hatten also kein Problem. Der Pool ist unbeheizt und geschätzt 3 Grad kälter als das (rel. warme) Meer (morgens eine Herausforderung). Kontakt zum Vermieter nur per Telefon (freundlich), d.h. keine persönliche Einweisung, kein Schlüssel. Meist sehr ruhig, nachts konnte das Hundegebell manchmal störend sein. Der Garten entspricht der natürlichen Umgebung, allerdings teils mit Gerümpel. Grill total verschmutz, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt. Trotz aller Schwächen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Nous n’avons pas vu les propriétaires absences de linges de maison convenables ni torchons ni nappe ni tapis de bain bain de soleil sans matelas et en très mauvais état, sur 2 wc un seul à fonctionné donc 1 XV pour 6! Une fuite au lavabo d’une sdb , barbecue sale et gras inutilisable terrasse non nettoyée salon de jardin inutilisable ! Nous avons dû acheter du produit pour les fournis! Toile d’araignée à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur ! Pas de corrélation entre le prix de la location et la prestation fourni !

Déçue

Malheureusement, l’entretien n’est pas à la hauteur des prestations revendiquées : piscine impraticable (eau saumâtre), aucun aménagement du jardin (herbe sèche coupée) , pas d’eau chaude, Chasse d’eau cassée, 3 volets cassés, pas de chaînes TV, prise arrachée, plusieurs ampoules grillées, nourriture périmée retrouvée dans un placard... et à notre arrivée aucun accueil des propriétaires, les clés étant sur la porte. L’eau chaude et la chasse d’eau seront réparées au bout de 8jours, seulement. La piscine est redevenue pratiquable au bout de 10 jours !! Pas de nouvelles des propriétaires le jour du départ, ni depuis. Immense déception !

belle maison de caractère au calme

Accueil très sympa de Sabrina et Xavier. La villa a un magnifique potentiel toutefois des soucis techniques n'ont pas permis de l'apprécier pleinement (porte lave vaisselle cassée, manque de lumière hotte cuisine, volets roulants HS pour certains). Il conviendrait de préciser aussi que les lits sont en 140, que la piscine n'est pas chauffée et que la climatisation n'est présente que dans la pièce de vie. Si je devais y revenir: NON, sauf pour saluer Sabrina et Xavier qui sont des jeunes propriétaires sympas mais peut être pas encore formés au suivi des locations.
