Come and discover Barbâtre, this commune on the island of Noirmoutier, for your next family or friends holiday. You can stay in this lovely house ideal for eight people. You will find a cosy garden with a sofa area, as well as a dining table with a barbecue to enjoy all summer long. A veranda with a bar area and plancha is also available, along with a dining table. Ideally located, the house is only 550 m from the first beach, nothing more pleasant and convenient to enjoy all day and why not admire a sunset on the beach.



In this house, you will first find the dining area upon arrival, with the living room separated with a sofa and a television. Further in the house, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.



You will also discover the master suite, with a double bed (140/190) and an adjoining bathroom. A second bedroom is also accessible, equipped with bunk beds. You will find the last bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140/190).



The two double bedrooms are sleeping areas, they do not have windows.



You will also access the veranda with the bar area, then to the enclosed garden with synthetic lawn.

Nous sommes restés 2 heures environ dans la location !! Le temps de chercher un autre logement !On voit que les photos sont prises par un professionnel car à l’arrivée cela n’a rien à voir.Chambres sans fenêtres non précisé dans l’annonce, véranda vétuste et sale , impossible d’y manger sous chaleur, frigidaire rouillé et très sale !

Maison loin de l'APPELLATION STANDING

Je vais rompre avec la surprenante et longue énumération des avis positifs et veux apporter un bémol sur la qualité de cette location de "standing" telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Côté négatif : Les deux chambres principales sans fenêtres sur l'extérieur non précisé dans l'annonce, le mobilier de la cuisine d'extérieur et de jardin bien fatigués, le vélux de la salle d'eau parentale qui ne s'ouvre pas, la conception et la finition des pièces au minima et le nettoyage qui laisse profondément à désirer, fond que cette location n'a rien de standing. Côté positif : la situation géographique au centre du bourg de la Barbatre, la cuisine d'extérieur avec sa plancha gaz qui est un vrai plus et la mer à proximité. Habitués de louer depuis des années, nous sommes déçus par cette annonce dont le descriptif est volontairement imprécis et globalement par le rapport qualité/prix.

Propriété charmante et agréable

pleine de charme, et lumineuse, la maison est fonctionnelle et bien située. Les enfants ont adoré la chambre avec ses couleurs acidulées et les poufs sur lesquels le plus jeune pouvait faire la sieste. La salle à manger qui donne sur l'extérieur est vraiment un plus et permet un repas très conviviable. La colonne pour diffuser de la musique avec de la lumière a également séduit l'ensemble de la famille , c'est super au moment de prendre l'apéritif.

Nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour à Barbâtre et de notre location. La maison est très confortable, très propre, rien ne manque, L'accueil est sympathique. Pas trop loin de la plage (possibilité de s'y rendre à pied), commerce de proximité, marché lundi et mercredi bien achalandé.

Belle Petite maison ,un peu poussiéreuse,dommage qu 'il n'y ai pas de fenêtre dans deux chambres et impossible d'ouvrir le velux dans la salle d'eau,les draps trop petits pour les lits doubles .La chambre avec les lits superposés ne convient pas vraiment à des ados . Merci à Isabelle de la conciergerie pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité

Nous ne nous sommes pas servis du coin cuisine extérieur qui aurait eu besoin d'un petit nettoyage ,le jardin pourrait être un peu plus agréable et il faudrait mettre un rideau dans le salon.Mes petites filles ont bien aimé leur chambre.Nous avons eu beau temps dans l'ensemble et avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la table sous la véranda. Bon séjour.

Un lieu sympa pour des vacances tranquilles

Nous étions 7 et avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette chouette location. La maison est un véritable petit "labyrinthe", charmant, la cuisine d'extérieure est un vrai avantage, avec plancha, bar et évier... Autre point positif, elle se trouve en plein cœur de Barbâtre qui a été récemment l'objet de travaux d'embellissement, de fleurissement, c'est un vrai plaisir d'y résider : un spectacle était donné sur la place en face de la maison, la boulangerie à deux pas et le marché deux fois par semaine.. La mitoyenneté avec le bar d'à côté et sa terrasse qui jouxte le jardin ne nous a causé aucun désagrément. Bref, l'emplacement est au top. Deux petits bémols toutefois : la propreté pas irréprochable à notre arrivée, et une baie coulissante du jardin qui ne fermait pas, ce qui n'était pas rassurant. On conçoit qu'il ne soit pas simple de trouver un menuisier en juillet, mais on a regretté de ne pas être rappelé par la propriétaire suite à ce signalement à Maryline qui faisait l'accueil. Globalement satisfaisant, nous recommandons volontiers !
