Perfect Toscana

I you want a Toscana stay for a couple or a family, look no further. We had a big two bed room apartment in a house that shared four apartments. You meet neighbors but at the same time you get integrity. The pool is as good as it gets in Toscana/ excellent pool area! We did not see much of our host, but did not need to, and she is very friendly. The area is great with plenty of wine tasting options within 20 minute by car. From our house we had 5 minute walking to the village only restaurant- but it was a great one and we had dinner there 3 nights of 4. It is 10 minutes drive to a Supermercado that has everything you need in terms of groceries and fresh fish and meat. It is a perfect location in Toscana.

Très beau logement avec une vue exceptionnelle. L’appartement est spacieux et bien aménagé. Belle hauteur sous plafond qui donne une sensation d’espace supplémentaire. Très bien placé pour visiter la Toscane.

We had high expectations of this accommodation. Based on earlier reviews (maybe this was the case some years ago) we expected a tour through the wine factory and have the possibility to taste and buy some locally produced wines. Unfortunately the place looked abandoned, swimming pool area was outdated (broken chairs and green moisture on the swimming pool walls). There was no possibility for us to have dinner or breakfast at the accommodation. The apartment itself was ok and clean. One day before arrival we received an email that checking in after 7pm would cost 20 euros per hour, this seemed very unfriendly for a place where you expect to find the owners of the factory living.

Exellent place, nice views, quiet. Good value

From this place you'll have exellent views to Tuscan hills, apartment we got was big, very nice decor and kitchen had everything you need for a longer stay. Excellent beds and AC if needed for a good night sleep. Terrace was great for breakfast and dinners. Good to know that the pool is a bit remote (walk 5mins). Very fast response to our complaints on broken small things. Barbara speaks good English and was always available if questions Value compared to other similar priced places is very good here - try it yourself
