Linearis is a refurbished 17th century farmhouse situated on the hills that divide the Sienese and Florentine territories, amidst olive groves and vineyards. The surrounding area is rich with places of artistic, historical and cultural interest, some world-famous and others to be discovered. The farm is family-run. Apt A has a large living-room-dining room, for this reason is suitable to host small groups of friends that can find in this accommodation a comfortable shared space in which they can have a good time. It is entirely situated at the ground floor with a floor space of 78 square metres .The entrance is walk-in and it overlooks the farmyard close to the swimming pool. After the entrance there is the living room from which you can reach the kitchen and the sleeping area consisting of two rooms : one double room with private bathroom and one room close to the bathroom with two single beds. The apartment can host up to 6 persons

Under the Tuscan sun

Beautiful farmhouse setting with pool. Nice rustic rooms, with all the comforts you’d expect. Property has been setup for a number of photo spots.

Lovey setting

The property is lovely and a nice relief from the city. Michelle and George were very helpful. We were not able to rent a car because my husbands wallet with his license was stolen which did present a problem but George kindly gave us a ride to and from the train station when we were stranded. You definitely need your own transportation. They have their own wine and olive oil both of which were delicious.

Lovely farm house in Tuscany

Perfect place for family or couples, spent 3 days with a friend in a two bedroom apartment. Was great location to explore all our favorite sites in Tuscany. Very quite and relaxing country feel, But only a few minutes from motorway, shopping and restaurants. Katia was very responsive hostess. Nice to have a fully equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. Beds were comfy too. Would stay here again.

La limpieza de la casa horrible, olía mal, estaba súper obscuro, la ropa de cama húmeda. No hay absolutamente nada si no llevas todo tu (café, te, azúcar, jabón de manos, jabón de cuerpo, shampoo, crema, nada, absolutamente nada) La casa es muy linda por fuera pero no la recomiendo para hospedarte.
