It consists of 2 comfortable apartments in the main building and the other a Dependance Begonia obtained from the recent renovation. It is located separately about 10 meters from the villa. Each apartment has an independent entrance, private garden, car parking and internet connection in the apartment.
The Ciclamino apartment of 100 square meters is located inside the Villa il Borraccio, entirely on the ground floor. It has a living room with 2 large armchairs, dining room and well-furnished kitchen with access to the garden and private outdoor space, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4 burners, sink, oven, washing machine and all the necessary accessories for the kitchen.
