The hotel room was very well appointed, and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful since this was our 1st time visiting Barcelona. We were provided with a map of the area detailing top places to visit. Although we were very pleased with the hotel, we did not feel safe to venture out during the evening in this neighborhood. For safety reasons, we would not recommend this hotel for families.

Decent hotel in a busy area

The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and the hotel is located in a bery busy neighbourhood. But, we were disappointed with the housekeeping and breakfast buffet. The plates and bowls were sometimes not clean. The breakfast was very average.

The hotel itself is great...staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The property was clean and well kept. The location was in an "interesting" area as we were told by staff but after 4 nights we experienced no issues at all - just follow front desks staff suggestions. The location itself was in a central location and found we could walk to most desintations, with so many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

Convenient location, nice staff, good option

Great location on a small park with a handful of eateries nearby. Bedding was fine, room & WC big by European standards. Windows were great so no outside noise although the hallway noise echoed. Staff were really helfpful and nice. We lost track of the time JUST got back at noon check out time, they accommodated us needing an extra 20 minutes to pack. Free luggage storage. Didn't do the breakfast buffet but it looked nice. Very convenient to everything! If you want a great meal, try Kabul down the same street. LOVELY food, great value, nice people. Cheap wine/beer for a pause? 100 Mondatios across the park. BUT Barcelona is FULL of amazing eateries so we used these because we were dead tired end of day!
