The building is aged. Tight space. Bedrooms were okay but bathroom was really small with almost no space to hang towels/clothes or put other items. It is front of night club so you hear screams and drink people at night. There is no safety since there is in a very shady neighborhood near ramblas. Altough it every close to la ramblas so it is a very convenient place for major attractions. I dont the owners are very honest as there was no mention of the city tax that we had to pay before stay even though we booked everything through expedia.

Really good location. Very close to Las Rambles. Very lovely and can be noisey if one is looking for an early night. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. Just need the shower door to be fixed to stop water splashing and possible an AC in the bedrooms.

Do not stay here it has bed bugs. Though the property was very communicative the stay was horrible. We had to move to a hotel right after. The city is located is a bit dangerous for a family as well.

Heruntergekommenes Appartment, dass geputzt aber nicht gepflegt wird. Schimmel im Bad, extrem schlecht KĂŒchenausstattung. Wasserkocher musste angefordert werden, kein Sieb keine Kanne, kein Pfannenwender, Besteck und Teller wurden nicht aufgefĂŒllt, von allem nur 1 -3 Exemplare. Es werden keine Reparaturen durchgefĂŒhrt: Toilettenhalterung defekt, T-Rolle stand oben auf. Halterung im Bad anscheinend irgendwann abgefallen, wurde nicht ersetzt. Keinerlei Haken im ganzen Appartment. Im billigen Ikea Schrank fehlte eine Schublade, offensichtlich wird es nicht fĂŒr nötig gehalten, diese zu ersetzen. Schalter am Herd nicht mehr "lesbar". Einzige TĂŒr zum LĂŒften fĂŒhrte auf einen fĂŒr andere Bewohner öffentlichen Gang, also LĂŒften ĂŒber Nacht nicht möglich. Riegel zum zusĂ€tzlichen Verschließen nicht mehr vorhanden. Zu wenig Lampen, besonders im Schlafzimmer, insgesamt stickig und sehr dunkel. Keine Nachttische. Wasser sparen ist ja toll, aber wenn man beim Haare waschen Angst haben muss, dass das Wasser gleich kalt wird, ist das wirklich kein UrlaubsgefĂŒhl. In der ersten Nacht haben wir beschlossen, umzuziehen, was uns nach der 2. Nacht auch gelungen ist.

Veldig sentralt

Leiligheten ligger fantastisk sentralt til, med et par minutters gange fra La Rambla, og takterasse. BÄde leilighet og terrassen bar preg av slitasje og «enkle kÄr». Vi savnet knagger til Ä henge klÊr pÄ, og steder Ä henge hÄndklÊr pÄ pÄ badet. Lite utstyrt kjÞkken. Det var vanskelig Ä fÄ informasjon om hvordan man kom seg pÄ taket, og litt trÞbbel med innsjekk.

Appartement idéalement situé entre la plage et la place de la Catalogne. Proximité immédiate du palais Guell, du marché de la Boqueria. Le métro L3 permet un accÚs direct au parc Guell, la maison Batlo et la Sagrada Família. Appartement fonctionnel bien équipé mais pas trÚs chaleureux. Seul bémol le bruit : que ce soit le bruit de la rue ou des appartements voisins, sur 4 nuits , 2 ont été trÚs agitées. Néanmoins cela n'entache pas notre séjour.

Il fallait à tout prix payer en ligne les taxes de séjour en arrivant sinon pas de codes d'accÚs pour la chambre, le lien ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai alors demandé de payer en cash le lendemain tout en me disant que si je le faisais pas ils bloqueraient l'accÚs à la chambre. La salle de bain n'a pas de chauffage, c'est humide et ça pue, le frigo n'est pas trÚs propre, et globalement il fait froid c'est mal isolé, la chaudiÚre est toute petite, heureusement j'étais seul, le four n'a aucune fonction, c'est bizarre et le canapé du salon fait vraiment sale, c'est horrible.

Localisation parfaite , tous les transports Ă  proximitĂ© c’est le point fort de appartement . AprĂšs il est vĂ©tuste au niveau de la douche ( moisissure ) , le lit est horriblement dur ( on a prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© dormir dans le canapĂ© lit ) un peu mieux mais inconfortable quand meme ( on sent les barre en fer ) . Il y est mentionnĂ© balcon mais c’est une table dans le couloir. Je trouve le rapport qualitĂ© prix trĂšs Ă©levĂ© , la localisation est le point fort de cet appartement pas l’appartement en lui mĂȘme . J’ai connu mieux Ă  Barcelone pour le mĂȘme prix .

SÄ ringe mÞblement, ingen sofabord kun en sofa. DÄrligt kÞkkenudstyr kunne ikke lave kaffe kun vandkedler, ingen te skeer ingen skabe til tÞj, kun lavsige hyldeknÊgte som sad skÊvt. Der stod at der var altan, der stod aircondition pÄ den lille franske altan der fyldte det hele. Vindue til mÞrk og grim baggÄrd. Beliggenhed var i centrum, dig var det en skummel gade st komme til om aftenen.

Meget beskidt inde i klÊdeskabet. Ikke nogen hylder til at pakke ud pÄ badevÊrelset, eller kroge til hÄndklÊder. Meget lidt varmt vand i bruseren, med nÊrmest ingen tryk pÄ bruseren. Meget beskidt og faldefÊrdig sofa. MEN
 Fantastisk beliggenhed, og rigtig god service hvor vi blev spurgt om alt var ok, og om vi manglede noget, og det vi manglede kom de straks med. SÄ vi kunne godt finde pÄ at vÊlge stedet igen.
