We got a room by the elevator which was very noisy. The room couldn’t be locked from the inside so housekeeping entered without warning. The shower is made of glass and located in the middle of the room which was uncomfortable. Apart from that the location is pretty good and the service as well.

Absolutely beautiful, modern hotel hotel. The only negative I would say was the bed was pretty hard… I had to put towels on the bed to make it a little softer. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay

The best hotel we had during our 2 weeks stay in Barcelona/Mallorca, even though our stay at Iberostar Alcudia Park is also very good. Staffs is helpful and treat us nicely. Room is clean. The house keeping team did a very good job every day . I had a very early check out because of our flight and the process is pleasantly handled. The receptionist call the taxi at exactly right time and the trip back to the US is quite enjoyable partly because of that. Thanks guys
