We had a wonderful stay at the Andante Hotel. It was close to the Colosseum, which was convenient. The staff was fantastic! The room was comfortable, the shower nice, and they provided for whatever we needed. We ate breakfast once, it was a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made arrangements for a taxi to pick us up for the airport on the way home. I will definitely stay here again if we get back to Rome.

Our stay was very disappointing. The hotel floors felt like dark prison cells. There were hairs on the bed, the bathroom was dirty and moldy, and there was no fridge. The room and hallway were noisy. Breakfast was very poor quality, and when I politely asked the chef for fried eggs, he shouted and laughed at me. The breakfast area was cold even on a rainy morning, and everyone looked uncomfortable. Some people were sleeping outside near the hotel, which felt unsafe. I asked to change our room—they first agreed but later said no rooms were available. Definitely not worth the price, and sadly it was the only bad experience during our three-week trip.

The most important thing to me is customer service. The staff here were very helpful and welcoming. They even helped me book a more cost effective ride. The room was immaculate and was as described. Thank you for your hospitality, Andante Hotel staff.

I liked they had under bathroom sink shelves for our sundries. Shower cubicle spacious. Room all in all was spacious for our 2 big luggages. Our room faced towards back so it was quiet at night.
