We enjoyed our stay during Xmas 2023. We booked 3 apartments which were nicely appointed. Property is well maintained and the front desk is very helpful. Location is terrific, 2 blocks from Sagrada. Plenty of restaurants, markets, cafès and shops within walking distance. Kitchen is complete for all cooking needs. Very comfortable and spacious. Cleaning crew are pleasant and always asking if anything is needed.

facilities are weared out. two of the lights beside beds doesn’t work. One shampoo bottle was broken so couldn’t use it. one of the microwave dials has been removed so couldn’t use it. One of the staffs used poor english so it’s difficult to understand it.

One block away from La Sagrada Familia and Metro Station for Lines 2 and 5. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants as well nearby. The hotel has 19 suites and all have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths that would comfortably sleep 6. Dining and sitting area with fully stocked kitchen and they even provide a kit that includes dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and scrub pad. Kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner stove top, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, Nespresso pods, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. I would highly recommend this place for families and will definitely stay again next time that I am in Barcelona.

Great location 2 blocks from the Sagrada Familia. Can walk everywhere. The front desk employees were very helpful with questions on good restaurants and things to see besides the Sagrada Cathedral. The hotel needs a make over badly very outdated but was clean.
