Beautiful hotel and excellent room. The restaurant and bar service was amazing! Check in was a little confusing as there wasn't much information about room service, amenities, etc., but overall the aesthetic, location and comfort was great.

Well located and nice staff

Overall a good place to stay but a bite on the expensive side. The staff was friendly. The hotel is well located close to the Arc de Triomphe and many other nice sites to visit. Our main disappointment was that the air conditioning was not strong enough. The temperature displayed is not the real one!

Beautiful hotel

Perfect location, very central with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the rooms were a decent size. Only thing that was a let down was the pool, small in size and the water was freezing.

Loved it, sad to leave…

Absolutely incredible!! from the kind receptionists at the front (who helped me confirm a last minute dinner reservation for 10 people), to the amazing rooms with rainfall shower and le labo products, to the super cool all-wood gym - everything was perfect. I wish I had had more time so I could enjoy the pool and the restaurant, but if I ever come back to Barcelona I will definitely be staying here.

Great room lousy service

The room was clean and newly renovated, however it was small. The front desk made little effort to assist us. We asked them to call a cab and they just blew us off (cab co. On holiday. Not answering, etc).Asked them for a folding luggage rack. They agreed to 'look' for one but nevered delivered.

This was a great property. Nice staff, clean rooms, great things to do. Left luggage there when we were leaving later in the day. Drinks are amazing. Food was good, just very small portions. Will stay here again when we visit again.
