I never stayed here
I tried to rent this apartment but I was told that I needed to bring a large amount of cash to check in. I did not feel comfortable doing this, reported it to VRBO and nothing happened. My reservation was cancelled as a result.

Great location, but not the usual great vrbo experience
This property is managed and billed by a third party who lists it on vrbo, and payment is made to that third party. It took multiple emails, calls, and invoking vrbo's help line to finally get our security deposit back after a month. Also, you cannot check in directly at the property; instead, you have to go to the MySpace Barcelona office and complete their paperwork (at which they tried to charge an extra $30/night for a third guest although this was not mentioned on the vrbo listing and I had booked the stay for 3 people and the tech interface between vrbo and the third party management company did not reflect this), then you have to go to the property--it involves an extra cab ride and hauling your luggage around with you, again not mentioned until I had booked the property. The apartment itself was cute and in a great location, but the linens were threadbare, there were no basic supplies (dish soap, paper towels), and the bathroom doorknob was broken and one of our party got locked in the bathroom for 10 minutes before another member of the party was able to jimmy the door and release them. It was also very dusty and could have used a thorough cleaning. I think most of the problem was that the third party management company does not do business like most of the vrbo properties and their policies differ from vrbo.

Good location, questionnable administration
The apartment is clean, well located, in a quiet neighborhood close to shops, markets and subway.
It is quite large, enough for 4 people. But there is only one bathroom and during our stay, the door handle was broken and we could not close the door because if we did, it automatically locked! We told the administration (MySpace) but they sent no one so we had to go to the bathroom with the door open during the whole stay ☹️. No compensation whatsoever was offered for the inconvenience.
Also, you must know that when you arrive, you have to go get the apartment key at another location which is not a walkable distance from the apartment (with all your luggage), so you’ll need to pay for another cab to get there.
Finally, beware about the deposit, My Space is not only taking a print of your card like many other rentals do, it is a real charge and they will reimburse you only multiple weeks after your stay. Don’t expect fast answers from the administration either.
