Good location but extremely small. There is no AC & it was record heat in Barcelona. We ended up not even staying, we checked into a hotel. We forfeited the cost of the stay, it was so uncomfortable. Owner requires security deposit in cash (euros) which was very inconvenient & unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend, at least in summer.

This location is excellent for the tours we needed to see. It’s walking to the Sagrada. Joan our host was so helpful even with our luggages. The elevator was a great help as we had plenty to do our 10 day cruise after our stay at the apartment. The place is cozy, clean and very comfortable. I will stay here again if or when we decide to go back to Barcelona. Thank you Joan for making our stay wonderful!

Place was excellent, except for a bad shower drain, but it was taken cared of right away by Joan. Being a homeowner myself, that kind problem can happen anytime, anywhere. But kudos to Joan, he was very attentive and stayed in contact with us from weeks prior to our stay all the way till our last day. He answered all our questions and gave us plenty of advise. Location is great, right by Avenida de Gaudi. Sagrada is just a walk. Very close to the Metro. Many groceries and restaurants around the apartment. Place is well furnished and clean.

Apartamento pequeno como anunciado porem confortável, cozinha com tudo que é necessário, localização excelente junto a meios de transporte e distância a pé da Santíssima Trindade. Estação de Metro a 100m, supermercado a 150m, restaurantes, cafés e comercio na porta.
