The location was good and the check in was good. The apartment needs some improvements. The management company charged us 30 Euro for a weekend check in, which was not communicated to us. The air conditioner was so under powered that it was useless. We found dirty dishes in the cupboard. The bathroom shower had significant mildew and the shower faucet leaked a lot. Overall, I would look to rent a different property, if I went back to Barcelona.

Average Stay

Overall we had an average stay over 6 days. The walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbours talking and moving dishes clear as day. The beds are very firm. We had to go buy toilet paper & other items as we were provided very minimal supplies. There was a strong smell coming from the sink in the bathroom.
