Condado is terrific value. From the friendly greeting, the free water bottles daily, the modern quiet room, the excellent bathrooms and the pleasing level of cleanliness, this hotel was perfect for our four day stay. Only a bus ride from the centre, the location just between l’Eixample and Gràcia was ideal, with local cafes just nearby and without the tourist prices. The bus stop around the corner facilitated easy access around town and the 10€ T10 ticket made transport inexpensive. The staff are lovely, speak English well and are very helpful.

very comfortable, hospitable, warm, welcoming

Location: close to diognal ave, and passiage de gracia, gran gracia. def walk barcelona, don't use motorised for the sake of soaking in all of its beauty.
All the staff were extremely welcoming, hospitable, professional, helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Value for money, good location

Pros: Cleanliness, freshness, size, value, staff.
Cons: Speed of the lift...
Location: Sagrada familia within walking distance as in fact was la Rambla. Also easy access by Bulls to Quell Park and other Gaudi sights.
Helpful friendly staff on arrival. Always willing to assist with tourist information, trains busses etc. very pleasant stay, clean land tidy.
