Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

This place was just perfect for the 5 of us. Great location, comfortable beds and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived about 4 hours before check in and they kindly took our bags and stored them. Notified us when it was ready, which was earlier than the 2 pm check in time. Wish we could have stayed another day, so much to do around there!

This is a great apartment. It was more spacious than expected and very charming and comfortable. Our stay was too short to fully take advantage of all it had to offer, particularly the outdoor seating. The management met us at check-in and went over all the particulars and they were very responsive to questions prior to our stay. The cafe next door was an appreciated convenience and so delicious we went back for breakfast again the 2nd day.

Joanna's apartment is exactly as pictured, its spacious, well equipped and centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay there was plenty of space for our group 3x couples and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Bonuses were the air conditioning throughout, lovely terrace and really great Whisky bar directly next door. Thank you for having us :)

Spacious accommodations and convenient location

The apartment was spacious and accommodated 6 adults well. Location was great for accessibility to tourist sights without being in the heart of tourist destinations. Staff was friendly and informative, and responsive. Check in and check out were seamless. I’d recommend 3 bathrooms for 6 adults, but the setup worked out fine for us. The bathroom in the primary room tended to hold steam/foggy mirror. Be forewarned that the elevator to the apartment is small and will require transfers to move luggage. The staff was very supportive in explaining this process.

Great location, ample, comfortable space with high ceilings for a party of 4. Large comfo terrace.

The apartment is centrally located in L'Eixample, with restaurants, markets and other amenities within a few minutes walking distance. Large metro stations within less than a 10 minute walk.

Good base in Barcelona

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. It was quiet even though in a busy area and perfectly comfortable for 2 couples. A few additional amenities (a rug in the living room to warm the environment, hooks in the bathroom, a box of tissues) is offered as a suggestion. But it provided a solid home base for our stay in Barcelona.

UPS and Downs

Designer’s Three Bedroom was very spacious. Six adults with three bedrooms and two bathrooms was a challenge. The third bedroom is a loft with squeaky stairs. Tiles in bathrooms are slippery when wet and anti skid strips would be a plus. Our coffee maker was not working but management quickly got us a new one. It is a perfect location.

This property is as described and well situated in the city. It is spacious, clean and quiet. The check-in and out was easy and we had access to the property team (although needed none!). Great restaurants and access to metro nearby. Added bonus for the air conditioning in the extreme heat!

This flat was so great for our family of four. You could absolutely fit more people. For us, traveling with two teens, it worked because everyone had their own space to relax in after a long day of sights. Location is ideal for walking. We also took advantage of the metro for more distant locations. Neighborhood is very nice and upscale. The patio was lovely for cards and cocktails at night. We found it to be quite quiet for sleeping, as it faces the back and not the front street.

Great apartment, Good Location

My family and I had a great stay in this apartment. The space was big, clean and had AC which was definitely needed for our stay in July. We were able to walk to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter easily. Hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. The check in instructions were super easy. Perfect for the 5 of us with 2 bedrooms for the adults and a loft for the kids, and lots of living space.
