Pros: Neat apartment, had comfortable beds, and central location Cons: Coffee machine didn’t work, was too cold during winter, location doesn’t show up correctly in UberEats (delivery on opposite side of road and someone just took my delivery), checked out bags cannot be left at front desk (they have ability to drop at office that involved Uber charges to and fro - and no communication on it’s location- were stranded with suitcases in rain trying to figure out location), no extra towels (extra for a charge). Master bathroom door did not fit in correctly and hence made a puddle on floor that we had to clean ourselves. Had to throw trash out in the street and clean up apartment before leaving. Bottom line - we stayed at a hotel in Madrid and the service was top notch. I don’t think I would stay here again. Will book a hotel.

Apartment was perfect for us for a long-term stay with child and dog. There was ample closet space and also a storage place for our luggage. The unit was easy to enter with clear instructions and company very responsive via whatsapp. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials for cooking and longer term living. It was also nice to have interim cleanings to keep sheets and towels fresh. Having access to a washer and dryer for laundry during a longer term stay was also very convenient and close to the unit, but we did have a couple of days when selfish tenants left their laundry all day which made the one shared machine unavailable. This was not the fault of the building, but a sign stating good etiquette might help.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a convenient location right next to the Gracia Metro station. The apartment is quiet, has elevator and washer and dryer in the building. We requested and were given a crib and a high chair for the baby. Gracia neighborhood is nice to walk around with a baby, with lots and lots of restaurants and cafes, many streets closed to traffic on the weekends.

The apartments were in a good location for us, easy walking to food & supermarkets. It was extremely helpful that we could leave our bags in the apartments main offices upon checking out and the staff there were fantastic. Our only concern was it was sometimes noisy coming from the pool area (not sure if the pool needed to be topped up with water) and sometimes from the stairwell. But overall it was great - having 2 bathrooms was great & also access to the washing machine and dryer was very helpful. We would stay again :)

This place was awesome. Perfect location as close to the city center but not chaotic and loud 24-7. Everything walking distance- bakeries, cafes, fruit stands etc. The pool was clean and cool. The check in process was easy and the staff was friendly. The master bedroom bed was actually king size, and not a queen. Very satisfied with our stay!

Excellent experience!! Communication through WhatsApp was prompt and phone answered immediately. Room and property were very clean. We experienced a minor issue (no fault of Enjoybcn, fault of another guest) but it was resolved immediately and with thorough communication. Highly recommend!!

A fantastic apartment in a great location. Supermarket just around the corner and some good restaurants nearby (plus McDonalds if you must!). Comfy, well prepared, well equipped - we had a great time here and would certainly stay again.

Fantastic apartment, had everything we needed for our family of 4 (2 adults plus 2 young children). Apartment - 2 rooms were great, enough space and ensuite also a plus. Had one of the best showers I've experienced! The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, DW and hob plus all the pots and pans etc. The only slight downside was that the sofa was uncomfortable. Location - Spot on, great location to Gracia and Fontana stations as well as a bus stop on the doorstep. Walking distance to Av. diagonal and Passeig de Gracia. Also can walk up to CosmoCaixa Service - fantastic support from the team at EnjoyBCN, kept us updated up to check in and during the stay. Made everything very easy for us. Great apartment and thoroughly recommend staying here.

We booked this place per the description listed as it has an elevator. We discovered when we arrived that they unit has a almost 20 stairs! Apparently this was the only unit with the stairs which bothered me alot because they knew we had a baby as they arranged a baby crib and high chair. Overall, the unit was nice except two things; One there were some small ants in the kitchen, second issue was the blinds in the living room was just a sheer sheet, and all other apartments are facing you. Basically, no privacy. Again this is the only unit with this condition. I think other units are way better. The location is perfect, the facility is very good but the management staff were not much of a help or at least with us. I would recommend this place for others but I wouldn't come back again after what happened with the stairs.
