The staff member at the desk was helpful, but they are not always at the desk. It is not quite a hotel but a good place to stay due to the location. Very central to everything and walkable around the city centre. There could have been more amenities on site but we brough extra shampoo/body wash from the local supermarket. We were locked out of our room but staff were quick to sort out another alternative room for us.

After we are from the US and used to having a lot more space in privacy and it was a much older building, but a quiet little gem. Initially, we were shocked, but overall, we were so grateful for the experience. This staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the room was nice and quiet, even though it was on the main street and very easy to get to everything. This is a definite little hidden gem.
