This apartment has 4 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a dinning and living area sunny and spacious where you wll be delighted by the typical high ceillings of old construcions in town, and a full equipped kitchen.
The apartment is close to shopping and dinning areas, and some of the most touristic places in town.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.


To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests. Bigger taxis a bit more
