From the comfort of the sofa on the fifth floor, and through the living room and bedroom windows, you will enjoy the privilege of a direct view of Casa Batlló, as well as the most famous boutiques and restaurants of the “Block of Discord”, while having breakfast or a romantic dinner.

Note: From approximately March 18 to April 30, 2026, the façade will be covered with protective sheeting due to balcony restoration work.

This 225 m² luxury apartment, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, and a balcony, can comfortably accommodate 4 to 10 guests. When you enter, you will find the following:

On the right side, you will find:
• A loft featuring 1 double bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. Since April 2019, we have added a movable wooden door to ensure privacy.
• A bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom.
• A dedicated space for storing cleaning supplies.
• A designated area for the washer and dryer.

On the left side, you will discover:
• Another loft with 1 double bed, a full bathroom, a living area, and a gym. It overlooks the typical interior courtyard of the Eixample district.
• Two bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom.
• A small gym to help you stay active during your stay.

In the living room on the right side, you will find a modern open kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, and kitchenware. There is also a table for 6 people and spacious, comfortable sofas where you can relax, listen to music, read a book, or watch TV. We also offer a warm welcome with Nespresso coffee and soft drinks in the refrigerator. The carefully curated and elegant décor of the living room makes it a space designed for exclusive stays. The bed linens and soft comforters will ensure a restful night’s sleep, so you are ready for the next day’s adventures.

This apartment is perfect for individuals and families who want to enjoy the city of Barcelona, its culture, and its gastronomy. Each side of the apartment has its own independent air conditioning and heating system.
