From coming from the USA this gym is really small. The staff was good, but you will have to wait until check in for your room. We got there really early in the morning and our room wasn’t ready until check-in, which sucks because we were lacking of sleep in all the other hotels that we have been in have given it to us at least two hours before.

My only regret is not staying here longer! The hotel is absolutely stunning! The staff was friendly, the room was great. The amenities are amazing. The area near by is okay. Not many great restaurants options but we did find a tapas bar around the corner we liked. The beach is walking distance.

Excellent clean stylish hotel. Rooms, staff, reception staff, (Max and Alexis’s ) were more than excellent and very helpful. Down stairs restaurant and lobby restaurant served great food and snacks. The staff were great. The roof top pool was very nice and great views from there. The area is reasonably good. Insist on getting your taxi to drop off in front of hotel from the east side otherwise you will end up pushing your bags 100 ft unnecessarily.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and well kept, although it’s a little smaller in person than what the pictures portray . The room itself is a little small but there’s lots of storage space . The only issue was the location. There wasn’t lots of options for good quality restaurants walking distance. And it was quite far for tourist attractions (you had to take a lot of metros and buses just to get to the inner city ). Overall it’s a nice hotel but as a tourist just be mindful of the transportation options near , and be ready to walk long distances.

Really nice stay - not far to aquarium etc

We stayed just one night to do a couple of things in the city nearby like the cable car and the aquarium. Our room was beautiful although a couple of the walls needed re painting and the bathroom if you looked closely needs a little bit of work; perfectly clean just a bit worn out. The staff are polite and helpful and the location near bogatell metro is really handy.

1 night stay.

We arrived late, and we're able to quickly check in. Hotel has a bar and restaurant but also has other options close by. Would stay here again and was only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Nice hotel near the beach

The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Our room was spacious with a king bed, mini bar and balcony with a great view of the city from the 8th floor. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was decent. The spa was fun. Our room was not ready at check in time and no one attended to us at La Llum bar when we tried dining there. The rooftop bar and pool was very small and crowded and only drinks were available for purchase. The restaurant downstairs was the main dining option but lunch was expensive. The electricity went out for a couple of hours one night. There was a huge roach in our room but we were able to remove it ourselves. Communication with some of the staff was challenging. Staff would knock on the door and immediately open the door without waiting for us to answer. There were a lot of interruptions by different staff members. Overall, it was a nice stay in a very convenient location, close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping and the beach.
