Seamless Digital Check-In
Before your arrival, you will receive:
A guest registration link (required by law)
A link to pay the Barcelona tourist tax
Instructions to download the app, which provides your digital access key
Once complete, your check-in is contactless, fast, and secure. Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

City tax:
1,98 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
