We got a nice room. Amenities within the room were good, however there was zero soundproofing between suites and the hallways. We had some sort of party above us for 2 of our nights and we were unable to get any sound sleep until much past midnight. The other issue is that because the facility is minimally staffed, trying to get the noise addressed was impossible. After our check in we never saw a member of staff again. I guess if you want to party, this is the place. if you want to rest, maybe not.

Decent but very noisy

The noise level of the property was very high! We were at the very end of the hallway but could hear EVERYTHING in the hallway AND in the rooms above and next to us. There was noise all times of the day and night. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived and there is a service fee to have someone clean your and a fee for clean towels towels. The neighborhood is safe and quiet! There are parks very close and grocery store there are a few cafes in the area. The kitchenette has 2 plates, bowls, cups, spoons, 1 pan and 2 sort of spatulas for cooking. Please note this is a self check-in on a machine. The hotel does have the capacity to hold your luggage before and after check-in for a few hours.

I have no idea how this thing is 3 stars. They got a self service check in. That u cant get to unless somebody from the inside opens the door. And if the front desk doesnt give u their internal res number u cant check in (mind u front desk opens 12 to 8) There is NO bfast available Then i found out to open the outside door type 1453 some random guy told me. Smells bad Alarms go off during the night If u want a cheap place with space its fine but this isnt 3 stars. Lookd like a left over USRR building

Rude staff, dirty rooms, bad value for money Awful

Paid for a room with a balcony but was put on the only floor of the hotel that didnt have balconies. Tried to get this sorted out at reception and was told to come back the next day and we would be moved. Went back the next day and the staff member on the desk was incredibly rude, didnt want to listen to what we were saying and insisted the hotel was full even though we could see there were rooms still available online with balconies. Outdoor area closes at 7pm, you are not permitted to sit outside after this time which is ridiculous as theres nothing else in the area. The cleanliness is abysmal, the cleaners didnt even try to enter our room in the time we were there, no clean towels given either, even upon request. The check in process is as absolute nightmare!

Checking in and checking out no system machine is crap, Bed was booked as double but two single joint together, broken table kept in our room. Rubbish get collected after three days. But still the service is there 12 pm till 20:00 pm at reception. Mixed feelings as you pay so much but less facilities. Bit isolated you have to get taxis to go to main tourist spots.

Apartments have an automatic check in system, which does not work so we were unable to check in, along with everyone else we saw arrive. The staff member had to help and even then it took a while. They had building work in progress which was extremely noisy during our entire stay - not preceded about the building work so no option to change accommodation choice. Staff not the most helpful. Lots of door slamming and noise throughout the night with people coming and going. Accommodation is some way out from Barcelona city but there are bus stops near by and it takes about 45 minutes to travel by bus. Has a supermarket near by. Pool area is nice but only open from 12-7pm so no early morning swimming. Unfortunately I have struggled to write positively about this accommodation and would not return.

Sheets and towels were not changed for 4 days since registration is done with robot and not a person, we tried to be registered over 40 min, with a line of frustrated guest, speaking to machine /robot. wall way smells like Trash, AC was set to 78 with no possibility to cool below the 78. totally running scam.

When we approved the place looked dusty and not well maintained. The place was supposed to be service at least twice for our was not serviced at all. When I asked about cleaning, they person didn’t understand but then directed me to the nearest garbage drop. The location is good. Very close to the Centre of the city. Not recommended

It's not a suitable place for tourists as it is way too far from the city center. Expect at least 1 hour and 20 minutes on public transport or to pay between 20 and 30 euros for a taxi. The check in is a nightmare. The reception only opens 2 hours a day and despite having one employee during this time, you are expected to do it with a machine that doesn't accept half of the information you input. If something is wrong or missing, there's nobody available to help. We didn't get enough towels or cutlery for 3 guests but as there's no reception or personnel, we couldn't do anything about it. You can definitely do better for the price they charge

Everything was fine, only issue was that it took from 4pm to 2am to get the room cool enough to finally fall asleep. But maybe that's a me problem as I have trouble sleeping above 19-20°C. Otherwise everyone was helpful, nice, quick, informative. The room was spacious, there was a kitchen area, a nice balcony, etc, walking around outside was nice, there's a kids park right next to it
