The hotel is located in a central position, great to reach main attractions on foot and close to a metro station/ taxi rank. A bonus, the free water dispenser. We appreciated filling our water bottles for free every day. Unfortunately, the hotel is noisy, the walls are thin and it's recommended to sleep with ear plugs. We heard lots of noises in the middle of the night, coming from members of the staff. We didn't sleep well. Apart from that, the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, good shower and coffee/tea with a kettle.

you wont go far wrong if you stay here. The property is well maintained and the staff is excellent. Left my wallet in the safe and the hotel will be returning the money back to my card. Now thats exceptional i think.

Skip the breakfast, not with it. Good area, but avoid the restaurants an La Rambla. Good Tapas place 2 doors down. Room was clean, quiet. Palace Guell right across the street.

Our family of 3 spent 3 nights at Hotel Gaudi. It is an older property showing its age (*looking especially at you, hair dryer). But it was clean, and that is important! The location was good, in that we could reach the subway quickly and had easy access to the city. Like most shower setups in Europe, it had only a partial divider on the edge of the tub to keep water contained in the shower. It wasn't horrible, but a curtain or full door would be much more practical.
