Overall no glaring issues with the stay however there are a few things they can focus on to make this exceptional: staff need to make guests feel more welcoming; the spa needs a refurbishment and consider having children free times especially if you’re limiting the time when the spa is open. Great hotel with great service. Spa is amazing and definitely a real good bonus to staying here. The pool area was good however one complaint I would have is the portaloos. Such a lovely hotel should have some decent poolside toilets. Overall great and would stay again.

This is my fourth time I have stayed at this property and always fully enjoy my time here. There have renovated all if the rooms since I came here last year which was a pleasant surprise as I feel it's an up-grade to what was already lovely rooms.
