We offer you a fantastic apartment of 110 square meters. This apartment provides a spectacular sense of space and light, with elegant parquet flooring throughout. The open-plan American kitchen and large living room create a unique 48-square-meter space. The living room is especially bright thanks to its six-meter-wide windows. The new, design-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave grill, Italian coffee maker, toaster, and all the crockery and utensils you may need.

The living room includes all amenities: a 25-inch satellite TV, CD/radio, a comfortable sofa, and two armchairs. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms — one suite (with a double bed and private bathroom) and two additional rooms with twin beds (each equipped with a wardrobe). There are two bathrooms: one en suite and another shared by the other two bedrooms, both featuring showers.

A free baby cot is available upon request. At the start of your stay, we provide clean towels and bed linens. The apartment is cleaned weekly (more frequent cleaning available on request). All utilities are included in the price (water and electricity). The building is equipped with a lift.

The location is excellent and very central — just a five-minute walk from the famous Sagrada Familia, Gaudí’s renowned cathedral in the heart of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia, you’ll find the stop for the Tourist Bus. Avenue Gaudí, only a five-minute walk away, is a charming pedestrian avenue popular among locals, filled with restaurants and terraces where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the cathedral’s night illumination — an unforgettable sight. Another nearby landmark on the Modernist Route is the Hospital de Sant Pau.

The area is particularly safe and quiet. Just 20 meters from the apartment, you’ll find three supermarkets, an excellent bakery offering delicious croissants for breakfast, and an organic food shop. From the apartment, you can easily reach all parts of Barcelona. Two metro lines (L2 – Lilac and L5 – Blue) are only a two-minute walk away, taking you directly to Plaça Catalunya (Old City – 15 minutes) or Passeig de Gràcia (10 minutes). There’s also a direct bus to the beach, which takes around 15–20 minutes.

Barcelona in Style

We ended our Spain vacation in this apartment and it was a perfect ending!! My husband and two adult children were blown away at how modern and large it was. When we were in Madrid and Granada we stayed in smaller and more historical apartments/houses. The kitchen was great and the table and living room area gave us all the room we needed to spread out including the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Giani and Frederic were fantastic and super helpful. The apartment is near everything and within a 15 minute walk/Metro ride you can make it to most popular attractions. We highly recommend this property and we would stay there again in heart beat. The Bergers

This property is in a great, quiet neighborhood with easy access to both buses and the metro. The publuc transportation system in Barcelona is famtastic and we took it everywhere. Frederic was very responsive when we had questions-even after hours. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved the apartment, location, and amenities. It was clean, spacious modern, well laid out, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location worked for us because we love to walk. We walked to the beach, the Sagrada Familia area, the subway system, and many nearby local shops and restaurants. We were easily able to walk to many fantastic shopping and dining neighborhoods, we even walked to Las Ramblas, the Picasso Museum, the Aquarium, and other historic locations, but that could easily be traveled by public transportation or taxi. It is just outside major tourist areas, making the location even quieter, and we always felt safe. Grocery/produce shops and small cafes & local bars were plentiful in the immediate neighborhood. The management was welcoming and responsive to communications.

Great location and host

This was a visit to see our daughter who was doing study abroad and it was a great location and the place had every amenity we needed! We ate out but you could cook there and have a full dinner! Comfy beds and decent bathrooms. Would highly recommended staff was super helpful too!

Felt like home

This apartment is just as described. You won’t be disappointed staying here. It is in the middle of a residential area with cute coffee shops during the day and tiny tapas restaurants at night. A short walking distance to Sagrada Familia passing by lovely stores and restaurants. Communication was very quick. The apartment was large and clean with everything you need. I can’t wait to come back.

This apartment is in a great location - metro, bakery & two supermarkets all very close by. Inside is very spacious, comfy beds, powerful showers, enormous fridge. The kitchen only has a hob & a microwave, no actual oven, but we got around this ok. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place near metro and La Sagrada Familia

We enjoyed the size of this rental as it easily accommodated our group of four adults. The location was ideal with the metro nearby and walkable to many other sites. Grocery store around the corner was nice to grab items we needed. The only two negatives I would give - first, the second bath has a shower you can barely move in it’s so small. No place for shampoo/soap, except the floor and good luck picking that up. It feels as it you are in a space capsule. Second, do not use the washer/dryer as it’s super confusing. It literally ruined five shirts of ours. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Amazing stay in Barcelona

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Everything you would need. Just like the photos. Very clean. Loads of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Patisserie and supermarket just around the corner. Contact with host was excellent and also whilst on site. Very helpful. Beds very comfortable and wonderfully soft towels. Such a great stay!

The property was very good,big with the most of facilities you need for a convenient stay.The only problem was that the a/c was a little noisy.The metro station was 4 min walk and the sagrada's famillia area about 8-10 min.Market and coffee shop just outside! Ideal for two couples

We were impressed by the size, cleanliness and modern decor of this lovely apartment. Each couple had their own bathroom and the extra third (smaller) bedroom worked out great as our closet/storage. It's definitely outside the typical 'tourist areas', but a Metro stop was conveniently nearby and we walked everywhere. It was enjoyable to be in a quiet neighborhood and frequent some 'local' eateries. Frederic was great with giving us advice re: sites and restaurants at our check-in. He also arranged for a cab at our departure. We'd definitely re-book this property if we are lucky enough to return to Barcelona!

This apartment was perfect for my family of five. It had plenty of space, was very clean, extremely safe and in a great location close too many restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment managers were very helpful and had superb and timely communications. Before our arrival Frederic had given us detailed directions/options on how to get to the apartment from the airport. Which was greatly appreciated since we hadn't been to Barcelona before. I can’t say enough about this place. Thank you for making our stay amazing! I would definitely stay here again!
