The location was perfect for our stay and we had no major issues with the room. There were a few stains on the comforter and it’s definitely an older hotel but the room was rather clean. The air conditioner was nice and check in and check out went smoothly. A lot of the reviews on Google are negative but we personally did not experience any issues.

The hotel was conveniently located. Very courteous and friendly staff at the desk. Rooms were substandard and not clean. I recommend anyone traveling to this hotel to not expect anything other than a place to sleep and be close to the Rambla.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately, the photos do not reflect the reality of the hotel. The room floors were dirty, and there was mold in the shower, which made the stay disappointing. The only positive aspect was the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the area. Other than that, the hotel did not meet my expectations.

All the staff were helpful and when we needed to change rooms, they offered an immediate solution. The check-in staff was very courteous and welcoming. The building is in a historic part of the city, so you can expect an old building**,** but the rooms are clean, although on the smaller side. It is within walking distance of all the important sightseeing spots and shops. There is a supermarket nearby and lots of food options.
