The night we checked in a gentleman that checked us in had a personality and was very inviting. Everyone else that I talked to at the front desk was absolutely made me feel like I was bothering them. They had no personality and no customer service skills.

Room was cleaned everyday. Lobby was attractive. Rooftop pool with the views was gorgeous. Bus stop right outside the hotel and metro just round the corner. This was located in plaza espanya so the view walking out was very nice. Rooms were cosy!

Room was clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a great location - loads of food options on the roof of Arenas de Barcelona next door. The only reason I didn't give full marks was check-in: I checked in online so it should have been a quick process to get the key. I still had to wait 25 minutes before I could get to my room, depite there only being two peopl ein front of me in the queue. Totally unacceptable and it ruined my plans for the first night.
