Excellent location. We enjoyed walking to all major Barcelona attractions, including Park Güell. Staff went above and beyond without asking. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would definitely visit again.

This not a five star hotel maybe it’s 2 . Don’t go near this hotel it’s horrible the staff are rude and they still belonging from my room my advise to you: there are hundreds more nice hotels in this area . Don’t go to this one .

This property is the epitome of the perfect European hotel. The best part about it was the walkable location in a safe area close to sites and public transportation. Clean/comfortable/great service! Everything we needed (towels/water/coffee/tp/fixing our thermostat) was taken care of within 5 minutes! The rooftop pool/lounge area is small, but it was just before busy season so we didn’t have a problem with space. For weather reference, the pool opened on 10-May (our 2nd day). Never had breakfast so can’t speak to it, but ordered late night room service once and it was decent - worth it for something easy/quick.

We had some issues with charging portable devices as only one USB point working (unable to charge two phones, two phone chargers, smart watches etc) Comfortable bed but very odd inflatable pillows which took some getting used to. The hotel was near to public transport and if you don’t mind walking accessible to major tourist attractions. Breakfast was adequate, with choices of hot and cold buffet options.

Great Hotel!

Staff was so friendly and helpful. They were able to communicate well despite language differences.
