Disliked: Cleanliness
Ridiculous. Arrived in Barcelona and told the owner was out of town and couldn't open the door. Therefore we were completely without lodging! The management company's representative suggested we find a hostel! No, we are not 18 and broke. Awful. I hope we get our money back!

Unfortunately, this property scammed us. They called us an hour before check in to let us know the listing online was not complete and that we would not be allowed to access the property at various times throughout the stay, we would not have a key or things that were listed within the property description and we would be sharing with another person. They then pushed back check in about 45 minutes before check in then ultimately cancelled our stay while telling Vrbo they were still hosting us. VRBO offered zero support and did not believe us that the host was refusing to let us access the property and sided with the host - highly do not recommend this property.
