This modern duplex apartment located in the neighborhood of Sarria, in the northeastern part of the city is ideal for those who are looking for a relaxing stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars that have been established for many years.

The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Plaça d'Adrià / Miter - Mandri - V13, H6, 70, V11) and trains (Muntaner). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. When it comes to supermarkets there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.

This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so that you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.

Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the garden with a private pool that will allow you to relax after a long day of sightseeing in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, and other two with 2 single beds, and two double sofa beds in the living room, as well as 2 complete bathrooms, created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with a bathtub and integrated shower; there is also a sink on the first floor.

From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, without forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.

FILTHY and worn/falling apart

Do not book this property! It ruined our stay in Barcelona. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. Day 2 & 3, we went to the office, voiced our concerns and asked to speak with a manager. Ultimately, we were told to “send an email with issues”. We did and included pictures. 15 hours before our departure, the “fix” was to re-clean the apartment…Too little, too late. Here’s what we emailed: Never been cleaned or not cleaned in years - All light switches, Window shade remotes, Door handles, Bedroom closet doors handles, Refrigerator-door handles and inside. Other surfaces that were dirty: Bedroom side tables, Kitchen counter (Thank God we brought Lysol wipes so that we could clean all these disgusting surfaces.) The pool is not useable; it needs to be drained, scrubbed/mold removed. The showers have mold. Before using, one side of a towel rack fell out if the wall. One of the five towels we got was dirty/stained. The tables in the bedrooms are damaged and need to be replaced. In the living area, lights are missing/not working. There is considerable dust in all the bathroom fans, light fixtures and on top of the kitchen vent hood. The downstairs shade on the right raises without being touched. The kitchen faucet spray is damaged. All the kitchen cabinet door handles are rusted. The toilet on the first floor leaked so much we had to put paper towels down to avoid slipping. On day 3, the kitchen floor buckled/popped up in one area, causing a trip hazard.

Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung, großzügig geschnitten und gut eingerichtet aber sehr abgewohnt und teilweise unsauber. Der kleine Garten war mit Kunstrasen ausgelegt, der Pool war sehr schön, musste allerdings wegen eines darüber stehenden gerade blühenden Baumes vor jeder Benutzung gereinigt werden, das war aber unproblematisch. Deutlich problematischer war jedoch, dass die Benutzung des Gartenbereichs und Pools laut Geschäftsbedingungen lediglich von 10.00 bis 18.00 Uhr gestattet waren - gemütliches Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der Terrasse waren damit nicht möglich. Der PKW Stellplatz war in einer Tiefgarage, die so klein war, dass bei unserer Autogröße mehrere Minuten rangiert werden musste, nur um um jede einzelne Kurve bei der Einfahrt zu kommen. Nachdem jedes Rein-und Rausfahren mehr als 20 min dauerte, sind wir dann Bahn gefahren. Das größte Problem war jedoch, dass eine hohe Kaution bei der Schlüsselübergabe vom Konto abgezogen wurde und begründungslos nicht erstattet wird, auf sämtliche Kontaktversuche per Email, SMs und Brief wurde nicht reagiert, wir müssen sie jetzt einklagen.
