Great location and hotel.

Stayed here for one night when we got back to Barcelona and our flight was the next morning. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice view overlooking La Rambla. There were bars and restaurants within easy waking distance and the ride to the airport was only about 25 min on Sunday morning.

Check in process was easy- Lily was an amazing Guest Representative. The staff was always very lovely and very helpful- the hotel is perfect location for persons who like to walk - it was close to the Food Market and the main shopping areas- also good access to the public transportation

Orginal room had dead cockroaches. Did not have same size replacement room so was moved to a smaller room. Was not refunded the full price difference between the rooms. Bed had bedbugs and was bitten all over upper body.
