Just Great

Clean, modern hotel and service is great. Front desk staff is always friendly & helpful. Can be a little noisy at night since it’s on La Rambla but not rowdy at all. It’s very close to attractions and lots of great dining options.

OK but not great.

The Location was excellent. The staff were nice. The breakfast was plentiful. Did not care for coffee. The room size was good. The bed was comfortable. Funny/musty smell from bathroom, having AC on helped dissipate odor. A.C/ Heat was not user friendly, perhaps written instructions would help; was either too cold or too warm. Hotel doing some interior upgrades so a bit dusty/messy in halls. Only one elevator was working, causing delays. Some hotel computer and wifi issues.
