Main issue was completely absent water pressure on the morning of September 26th. Also, we expressed a preference for ice in the room daily, but instead were told to call the front desk when we needed. A problem, because the phone in our room did not work. Staff at front desks were helpful and courteous in every instance, including check-in.

The entire staff at Serras Barcelona made our stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special shout-out to Alex and Pablo at the Front desk, and Ikenna at the restaurant, and to the lady who checked us in on September 3rd (I didn’t catch her name) — your kindness and professionalism stood out. The service was not only professional but genuinely caring, and you can tell the whole team takes pride in creating a wonderful guest experience. Serras was such a pleasure to visit and use as our base to navigate stunning Barcelona. Serras Barcelona is a WONDERFUL hotel. The lobby and rooms were beautifully appointed. Every night we came home to a small delicious treat from the kitchen. The room was quiet and very well equipped with all the amenities you would expect— even a steamer and flat iron for your hair. The best part was the TERRIFIC staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including making reservations at local restaurants and attractions. This will definitely be our home away from home in Barcelona. Thank you to Joao, Augustina and all Serras team!
