Not so " Charming San Gervasi"
Apartamento viejo redecorado. El código para abrir el piso no sirve para abrir el portal: nos abrió un vecino. Tuvimos que quejarnos para que encendieran la calefacción en febrero. Televisión rota que cambiaron pero no sintonizaron. El climatizador del salón no funciona. El equipamiento de la cocina (cubiertos y otros útiles de cocina) pobres. Una bombilla del salón fundida. El sofá del salón no es desplegable. Cuarto de baño viejuno. Eso sí: personal muy reactivo para suplir algunas carencias. Precio injustificado.
