About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

House 4*, swimming pool, 6 to 10 pers. cycling, hiking, families, ski, golf

All the comforts for this very large and quite modern and friendly villa.

It is the perfect place to gather a large family or a group of friends wishing to combine the tranquility of a small mountain town with the many sports and leisure activities offered by the magnificent region of Ubaye: water and river sports in summer, snow sports in winter.

Countless walks and perfect for tourism in all seasons.
Activities for children. Also a dream holiday destination for cyclists, hikers or golfers. The house is located at the start of the great mythical passes such as 'La Cayolle', 'Allos', 'Restefond-La Bonette'. The 9-hole golf course is about 1,500 m from your doorstep.

Magnificent view of the mountains (Chapeau de Gendarme and Pain de Sucre) and the ski resort of Pra Loup.

Be careful: the pool is heated in a natural way (by the sun), and is often only at temperature from the beginning of July (mid-June for the most courageous).
