This hotel was excellent and we would definitely stay here again. Norberto (?) and Alicia were gracious hosts and helped us with dinner suggestions, reservations and taxi service. Alicia even provided us with a boxed breakfast because we left early on the morning before the restaurant was open. The location was great to walk to old town and shopping. The lounge next door was great with an amazing cooked to order breakfast. Best eggs Benedict I have ever had! Thank you for a great experience for our first time in Bari!

Staff were very friendly and extremely responsive to our "prior to arrival" questions, including booking parking at a nearby private parking garage. They also were very happy to give recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. The room was excellent, with great facilities and the location of the hotel was close to perfect for everything we wanted to do for our 2 day stay in Bari. Highly recommended.
