Located in San Giorgio (Bari), the Villa da Zia Tina has comfortable interior spaces, a large outdoor area with eucalyptus garden, pine trees as well as indoor parking spaces (max three cars) and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and the third with a single bed.
Furthermore there are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and therefore with fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, washing machine. The kitchen is adjacent to the large living room (open space), very bright, with table, chairs, sofa and a flat-screen TV (40 '').
