The property is located in very close proximity of Centro Storico within 15 min walk. Parking is on street, a little challenging but obtainable. The one thing is very important for some people like my wife, not for me (I don’t care personally) is to have a blackouts for sleeping without the light flushing to your eyes. The owners of the place were very helpful and assisting us so I can not thank them enough.

Worst guest house experience in Bari

Honestly this is a poorly run guest house where the instructions for check in ran to four pages and of course it's self check in/ it's on a busy street on the second floor with lifts that can't fit people.and luggage in / reception is not manned and in fact the rooms are facing a busy street / the bathroom was very small I have tried to add pictures/ overall please go to a hotel and dont come here please don't make the mistake we made

Relax

We spent 3 really relaxing days in Bari. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and in a really great location in the city. We moved around the city on foot very easily. In the surrounding area, just a few minutes walk away, there are excellent places to eat (we highly recommend the nearby panzerotteria). Mr. Nicola was very kind and helpful with us, and we thank him for this. He also indicated an excellent 24-hour guarded parking lot that was always open, where we really enjoyed ourselves every time we had to pick up or drop off the car. We have already recommended the accommodation and the visit to a couple of friends and if we were to return to Bari we will definitely contact Mr. Nicola to ask about availability. Abbiamo passato 3 giorni davvero rilassanti in Bari. L'alloggio e' risultato estremamente comodo e davvero in una ottima posizione della citta'. Con molta comodita' ci siamo spostati a piedi per la citta'. Nei dintorni, a pochi minuti a piedi ottimi luoghi dove mangiare (consigliamo vivamente la panzerotteria poco distante). Il signor Nicola e' stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi, e lo ringraziamo per questo. Ci ha anche indicato un ottimo parcheggio custodito 24h e sempre aperto dove ci siamo trovati davvero bene ogniqualvolta abbiamo dovuto prendere o posare la macchina. Abbiamo gia' consigliato l'alloggio e la visita ad un paio di amici e nel caso dovessimo tornare a Bari contatteremo sicuramente il signor Nicola per chiedere la disponibilita'.

The host was very communicative and very clear with check-in/out instructions. They made everything very easy! The room was as pictured. Nothing super fancy but worked for our trip. My only complaint was there was a weird smell in the bathroom. I think it was the city water. But other than that everything was a described.

The apartment was nice, however, we did not at all like the darkness of the corridor when exiting the elevator. Bari's beautiful historic area is a 15 minute walk from the unit. The area or location of the unit however, was somewhat rundown.

Wonderful staff and the room was wonderful. The hot water did not work, but I believe the hotel was unaware and will remedy the issue. We were not aware of the distance from the area where most dining options were. The area around the hotel was not great.
