We were 2 adults and a granddaughter and the room was perfect. They had slippers for all 3 of us, and plenty of towels. The room 220 was the last room in the long hallway and was very quiet. The front desk staff spoke English, so there was no language barrier. The breakfast was warm eggs, bacon, and a large variety of cold meat and cheeses. There was yogurt, cereal, toast, croissants and other items so there was something for everyone. The staff was excellent. Polite, friendly and efficient. We had a car and found the hotels proximity to the airport excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room. Polite and efficient staff. The fixtures and fittings are modern and extremely well maintained. The hotel is more than an airport hotel and was a very welcome stopover before finishing my journey.

Our stays at the Parco del Principi Hotel Congress & Spa were outstanding. We stayed two nights (October 31 and November 4, 2025) as our niece was arriving on a late night flight from Barcelona and flying out on an early morning flight. The hotel is located .7 km from the airport making it very convenient. Check in and out was very easy; all hotel staff were efficent and polite. The underground parking was clean and very easy to navigate. The restaurant was absolutely outstanding with a wide ranging menu of pastas, seafood and mean items. All dishes were well presented, using high quality products and all were delicious. The restaurant staff was attentive without being intrusive. The will now be our go to hotel whenever arriving or departing Bari, Puglia, Italy. We highly recommend the Parco del Principi Hotel Congress & Spa.

Very clean hotel and the bed was very nice. We only stayed one night, it was quiet. Staff was very helpful, and the airport shuttle made our trip to the airport stress free.

Area is very closed to airport and hotel offered free shuttle so it’s a plus. Staff were nice except waiters in breakfast areas. Hallways to rooms are rather dark. Rooms can be brighter and needs renovation

This hotel advertises shuttle. I have tried all methods to set up a pickup. No response. I had asked Ryanair to call and have them come. Next morning for our early flight they said shuttle went to get gas. I had to call a taxi and paid 20 euros for 1 km distance. I feel like a fool for staying here. Horrible place and horrible employees
