I loved my stay here for the week and everything was amazing in every aspect apart from the doors... Oh my god!... Every door was equipped with self closers which is great but they were not calibrated properly. This meant that every single door slammed every time someone used one and it was incredibly frustrating when someone was using them often into late night/early morning. Apart from that then everything about the stay was wonderful in every way.

Reception didn’t mention breakfast when checking in and when I asked a few minutes later was told it was £11.50 but it says if I’d booked on check in, it was £10! Surely someone should’ve mentioned that? Windows open because of heat but motorway traffic noise was horrendous all night as a consequence

We checked in late as we had been to a wedding, but the lady on the desk was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and we were soon in our room. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep in a nice quiet atmosphere. Next morning, as we had ordered breakfast, we were greeted by a very friendly young lady who showed us what was on offer. We tucked in to a most acceptable breakfast, the full english was lovely and hot, and the continental had plenty to choose from.

We had a great few days away after a couple of days at our church conference in Derbyshire. It was a shame they didn’t give clean cups everyday and they forgot to leave a clean shower. Didn’t realise til I was having a shower. Overall it is still a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Loved the stay. Staff were amazing, really friendly and a credit to Ibis. The rooms were nice and overall I enjoyed my stay. The only negatives were the water pressure, shower temperature issues, and very hard pillows. But apart from that a very pleasant stay and would love to return.

Poor experience

Room overlooking entrance and smoking area, noisy with people talking into early hours. Children running up and down corridors making lots of noise. Breakfast was limited, majority of items not being replaced so no sausages, fresh fruit, or bread available. Not enough staff to deal with the numbers of people. They were trying their best but struggled with demands.
