Want to enjoy the stunning natural beauty of North Devon in comfort, peace and with incredible views, yet still be within a short drive of all the thriving beaches the region has to offer? THIS is the perfectly positioned house for you!

The large lawned garden and huge tiered patio with stunning countryside views provide plenty of space for fun and making amazing memories. Being south-facing and private, the area is great for sunbathing, barbecues, outside dining and watching the beautiful sunsets. Or at night, recline the chairs and enjoy some stargazing!

You'll feel like you're staying somewhere remote, when in fact, the house is located just on the outskirts of Barnstaple. The most popular beaches are in easy reach, and Barnstaple's shops, supermarkets, cinema etc. just a 5 min drive.

Within walking distance of the house, you'll find the Tarka trail, riverside walks, a village play park, the oldest church in the county (with a 14th century spire) and a traditional pub with thatched roof serving highly rated food!

This lovely home has 4 large bedrooms upstairs that sleep 8 people in total. 1 x king, 2 x doubles, 1 x twin.

Two bedrooms, the living room and the piano / play room have those breath-taking countryside views across the valley and river.

There's a family bathroom upstairs with bath and separate large shower and bedroom 3 has an ensuite with toilet and shower.

Downstairs, the large kitchen diner is well equipped with a dining table for 8, a kitchen island with 2 x stools, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, smart tv and Rangemaster oven.

The separate living room has a 50" smart tv, sofas, beanbags, a comfy arm chair and a fire place with electric fire. Relax inside with incredible views or open up the sliding doors that lead outside to the lovely tiered patio.

There is a piano in the playroom, please feel free to enjoy playing it, along with any of the kids toys and games you find in here.

The utility room has a washing machine and dryer for use if need be.

Driveway parking for up to 5 cars.
