Precisam melhorar

Fiquei bem decepcionada quando entrei no quarto. As paredes encardidas, quarto super escuro, toalhas super velhas. Comentei na recepção e me transferiram de quarto, mas as caracterĂ­sticas permanecem e ainda somavam vazamento no box e debaixo da pia. Ou seja, falta manutenção e cuidado. Toalhas da piscina super velhas tambĂ©m. Podiam doar para um hotel 2 estrelas. NĂŁo vejo entusiasmo em vĂĄrios trabalhadores do hotel, muito mal humorados. Claro, que existem algumas exceçÔes. O esquema de marcar os restaurantes a la carte, Ă© super burocrĂĄtico. É preciso comparecer pessoalmente em um horĂĄrio super restrito. E parece que precisa implorar por uma vaga. Onde estĂĄ a tecnologia para facilitar a vida dos hĂłspedes? No restaurante buffet, eles deixam um saleiro disponĂ­vel para uso, mas o mesmo nĂŁo tritura sal. O sal continua sendo sal grosso e ai vocĂȘ quer colocar sal na salada, ou na batata frita ou no ovo mexido, mas tem que se contentar com esse sal mesmo. Alguns dias vĂ­ o sal em sachĂȘ

Um Ăłtimo all inclusive, comida muito boa, piscina grande, praia tranquila, alguns colaboradores muito receptivos e amistosos outros nem tanto. O quarto Ă© confortĂĄvel, cama e chuveiro bons. O porĂ©m fica para falta de varal, um blackout descente, e se gostar de mais silĂȘncio pedir quartos nĂŁo voltados para piscina. E o acesso ao hotel Ă© chato pela BR101 Ă© interminĂĄvel o caminho.

HORRÍVEL, NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS

Começando pelo check-in, me colocaram em uma suíte inferior à que eu reservei, problema, pois só nos trocaram de suíte após às 18h, alegando que não haviam quartos, fiquei sem entender muito bem, pois eram 15h15min, bem no horårio do check-in, e não haviam quartos, estando o hotel vazio, isso no dia 14/04/25, pois fui para esse resort passar o meu aniversårio, e me ARREPENDI, muito. Depois em um jantar reservado que era para comemorar o meu aniversårio, fomos preteridos, pois havia muitos gringos no local. Em um evento de cantoria ao ar livre para os hóspedes, meu companheiro foi cantar e não deixaram, além de terem feito passar por um constrangimento horrível na frente de todos os hóspedes que estavam no local, tendo uma funcionåria me destratado quando fui reclamar. Resumido, HOTEL MUITO MAL ADMINISTRADO, FUNCIONÁRIOS MAL EDUCADOS........

Hospedagem Vila Galé

O hotel Ă© novo e bonito, entrega o que promete. Vale a pena o custo benefĂ­cio, nĂŁo tem muito luxo e poucos funcionĂĄrios. A estrutura do hotel Ă© muito boa, a piscina Ă© excelente, bem quentinha mesmo em dias chuvosos. A recreação infantil deixa a desejar, brincadeiras em locais fechados em dias de sol e as crianças nĂŁo aproveitam a piscina. Atividades sĂŁo escolares, o que Ă© injusto com as crianças. NĂŁo tem programação noturna para os menores, apenas para adultos. Todas as noites tem mĂșsica ao vivo. Parte das bebidas Ă© excelente. Almoço e jantar repetitivos, mas saborosos. Buffet de saladas Ă© bĂĄsico, nĂŁo tem variedades e acompanhamentos como ovos e palmitos. Somente folhas e conservas. Pontos a melhorar: salva-vidas na piscina, fiquei 7 dias e nĂŁo vi ninguĂ©m no posto. Limpeza dos quartos, a camareira nĂŁo lava o banheiro nenhum dia. Adoçante compartilhado, deveriam disponibilizar saches para os hĂłspedes. Pontos positivos: recepção funciona, todas as solicitaçÔes foram atendidas, incluindo o ponto da limpeza.

Excelente opção de resort all inclusive em Alagoas

Melhor hotel da vida! Estrutura excelente: 10/10. Atendimento impecåvel, fartura de comida (e opçÔes) e bebidas, amplo espaço de piscina e praia. Otimas atividades de entretenimento para adultos e crianças. Spa super aconchegante. Wifi funciona muito bem dentro do hotel. Todas as opçÔes de refeiçÔes com muita variedade (para crianças, vegetarianos, veganos). Hotel super limpo e as meninas da limpeza super educadas e carismåticas

O hotel, em geral, é muito bom. Conforto, espaço físico etc. Porém, os restaurantes estão deixando MUITO a desejar para um hotel desse padrão. Minha impressão foi que a estrutura de A&B não estava preparada para atender a uma alta demanda. Os funcionårios não trabalhavam felizes.

MOSCAS no Café da Manhã

Hotel incrível, porém as muitas moscas durante o café-da-manhã. As moscas pousavam nos queijos, presunto, pães, talheres no buffet... Avisei ao Hotel, porém foram apenas colocadas velas para afastas as mocas do buffet, as quais apenas atenuavam as refeiçÔes ao lado delas.
