This Hotel makes you feel safe as soon as you pull on the property. Beautiful inside and out with a huge pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, whatever you need. The rooms, with tall ceilings, are very comfortable & quite clean. This was my first time staying here but it won’t be my last.

Service at the pool bar was horrible. They were not attentive and when they finally took our order it took 20 mins to bring our drinks. We just order 3 six packs of local beer from Rappi and put it in a cooler and sat at a table in front of the bar. Food was not impressive. The facilities are beautiful and well kept.

Reception Service was not 5 star

We waited for about half an hour to check in, there being only one person on the desk; we were then shown to a room which was not ready and had to be given a different one. The pool was excellent, and coffee bar was good, but the restaurant only offered pizzas. The breakfast was, however, excellent. On checking out, we couldn't pay at the checkout desk (executive area)as the card reader didn't work.
