The inside of the fridge hadn’t been cleaned, cupboard door didn’t shut, bathroom was pretty rough (black grout, cracked sink), mattresses were hard as a rock, and no elevator to the second floor! The people on our floor were loud until really late. The staff was lovely though.

When we arrived and checked in, there was a very strong chlorine smell in the room. The smell became even worse when using the shower water, which caused me to have severe headaches. This made our stay uncomfortable. Breakfast, however, was not bad.
