This is a very nice hotel with two exceptions. The walls are paper thin, so I could clearly hear conversations in the next room. And, the free breakfast is very, very limited as they want to push you toward the $8 upgrade. Not sure I would stay there again due to the thin walls, which is a shame because otherwise it was a nice stay.

This hotel was disgusting. The hand tower on the counter beside the bathroom sink was literally black. The other towels were all orange tinge from people’s sweat along with the pillow cases. When I asked the front desk if they outsourced their laundry the clerk replied no and said she would let tje supervisor know without even looking up at me. Wow I could see Heather really “liked” her job. Will never be back or recommend.

My room was great however the accessible room my parents were in did not have proper lighting in the bathroom making it unsafe for showering. We did let staff know . Ice machine did not work on 3rd floor either. The staff were lovely though and I had a great stay!

Rude and refused service animal

Horrible place. Dirty inn and rude staff. They refused my service animal, not support animal a registered service animal with paperwork. This place is a huge dive. Don’t waste your time.

First room we got there were hairs and stains on the bed, second room wasn’t much better the jetted tub had hairs all over and it was mediocre for cleanliness.

Found a cockroach in my room. Have pictures and video proof. Had to leave the hotel at 2am as they had no alternative and told me the only option was to sleep in the room with a cockroach. Big health and safety issue
